Little Edstone Holiday Cottages are the result of a two year development of a traditional stone barn that dates back to the 1700's. The development has been as sympathetic as possible to the original structure: all beams and openings are in the position we found them. The cottages are close to the main farm house, but within their own courtyard. They are ideally placed in their countryside setting with woodland and fields on all sides. Secluded and tranquil, guests are free to explore the small woodland and landscaped grounds, which are home to a variety of wildlife - including wild deer and a resident barn owl. All the properties are environmentally friendly, heated by a unique wood-burning/solar heating system, and many of the practices throughout the farm and properties use natural resources for their day-to-day running. An indoor heated swimming-pool, sauna and hard tennis court shared between the properties, a small gym, a games room with pool/table tennis and a selection of board games, as well as a children's play area complete the facilities on offer for these unique and comfortable holiday homes. Energy Little Edstone Cottages Bedford Corner is a spacious, single-storey barn conversion. The kitchen/dining living area is open plan, with a large inviting fireplace, featuring a wood-burning stove. Ground

away up stone steps, September Loft is a delightful apartment suitable
for a couple (or a couple with an infant). The Loft has been well thought-out
to make the most of its studio-style space and layout. Enjoys views
across to the North Yorkshire Moors. The Old Wheelhouse is the perfect place for a large family or group get-together. Cosy and comfortable, the spacious beamed open plan kitchen/dining/living area creates a very sociable space. Spacious

FARMHOUSE B&B/SELF CATERING APARTMENT Situated up stone stairs on to a small balcony, this lovely first floor room has views across the fields. A light, double aspect room with en-suite facilities. Entrance and dining area; carpeted studio style room with double bed, seating and tv/dvd. Small kitchen area to side. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath/WC. Available all year for self-catering and at certain times of the year we are able to serve a full breakfast – please contact us for details. Minimum 2 night stay. Bed and breakfast guests are also welcome to use the heated pool and all other facilities at Little Edstone Please note the stairs are quite steep, so perhaps not suited to small children or the infirm.
